You run all around the land
either it be the rising East
or the beauty of North, South or West
Never do you stop or end
for, you always flow, flow and flow,
with that most amiable friend of yours,
the Wind with the damn magnificent blow.
Oh! tell me,
tell me what's your caste
For, you have been serving
all those many since the past.
Full many a glorious mornings
have I seen you clean and hale
Your beguiling charm
Whilst across the room you sail
You sailed across the room
of the alluring cloud-cuckoo-land
Spreading your stupendous delectation
through the great whole world land.
You gang and flow
through many a wyands a brae
There you gang with a great de facto
through many a wyands a brae
The jovial moon
smiling benignly down at us,
I sit on your bank, while
your friend glows and blows all over us.
Towards all the world the dual of you
Spreading peace kindness and integrity
From sunrise to sunrise
There, you spread your eternity.
December 2000.
